In this case study, we spoke with Jeanette Dekker, Head of HR at Epona, about the decision to implement Talentech and the benefits this choice has brought to the organization.
In addition to their innovative software, such as Document Management Systems (DMS) that help legal teams work smarter and more efficiently, Epona experienced rapid international growth. As a medium-sized and expanding organization operating across four countries, it became clear that HR processes needed to scale alongside the company.
