She is a Swedish citizen, currently residing in Norway.

Fredrik is the COO of Talentech since 2020. Prior to this, he held the position as CEO in Webcruiter, along with having over 15 years of management experience in the Nordic IT and software industry. Fredrik holds a Master of Information Technology from Swinburne University of Technology, and a Master of Management from the Norwegian Business School (BI). He is a Norwegian citizen, currently residing in Norway.

Thomas Hellstrøm
Chief Technology Officer

Thomas is the CTO of Talentech since 2020. Prior to this, he held the position as CTO in HR Manager, along with having over 15 years of tech management experience in the Nordic IT and software industry. Thomas holds a BsC Hons in Computer Science from Heriot-Watt University, and a Master of Management Programs from the Norwegian Business School (BI). He is a Norwegian citizen, currently residing in Norway.

Lotte Overgaard
Chief Sales Officer

Lotte is the Chief Sales Officer since 2025. Prior to this, she held the position as Country Manager in Denmark. Lotte has extensive sales and management experience. She holds a Bachelor in Sales and Marketing from Copenhagen Business Academy. She is a Danish citizen, currently residing in Denmark.

Nikolaj Petersen
Chief Business Operations Officer

Nikolaj is the CBO of Talentech since 2025. Prior to this, he held the position of Chief Commercial Officer from 2021 and, before that, Chief Sales Officer from 2019. Nikolaj has over 25 years of sales and commercial management experience in the Nordic IT and software industry, and holds a Certificate of Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School. He is a Danish citizen, currently residing in Denmark.

Chief Revenue Officer

Jens Christian is the Chief Revenue Officer of Talentech since 2025. Prior to this, he held the position of Country Manager in Norway. Jens Christian has over 15 years of sales and management experience from the Nordic SaaS industry. Jens Christian holds a Master in Business and Economics from the BI Norwegian Business School. He is a Norwegian citizen, currently residing in Norway.
