Talentech to deliver the largest digital recruitment solution in the Nordics to the Danish State

After a rigorous, publicly open, tender process the Danish State has chosen Talentech as the best vendor to deliver what will be the largest digital recruitment solution in the Nordics. The decision was made after Talentech were chosen as a qualified supplier alongside Swedish vendor Grade Varbi and the Oracle partner Miracle A/S and ultimately came out ahead of those two in the final process.

The solution that was agreed on will be the most comprehensive recruitment solution in the Nordics and will be an evolution of the existing solution, also delivered by Talentech. The digital recruitment solution will become an integrated part of the State’s IT-ecosystem where up to 200 different organizations under the Danish State will benefit from the solution. One of the main goals for the solution is to improve the user and candidate experience for the many applicants the State has every year.

Deputy Director of Digital Solutions, Simon Schulian, the Danish Ministry of Finance says:

"I am happy that we were able to create a good competition around who would become the future supplier of the States new digital recruitment solution. All three vendors submitted qualified solutions of high quality and realistic implementation plans. In the end Talentech came out as the most advantageous solution for us, considering all our assessment criteria."
